WHY SHOULD I USE A BED SHEET ON AN AIR MATTRESS?

Bed sheets are necessary for maintaining sleep hygiene, which directly affects the lifespan of your mattress.

We highly recommend fitting the Aurora over your air mattress as much as possible to protect its flocked top, as the sweat, grime, and allergens building up directly on the thick flocking can cause skin irritations and health problems down the line.

CAN I IRON POLYESTER BEDDING?

While you can iron polyester, we recommend doing so delicately and only occasionally. Polyester is a temperature sensitive material that melts under excessive heat; it is naturally wrinkle resistant too, so it has less need for ironing than bedding made with natural fibers.

If you choose to iron the Aurora, we recommend doing the following for maximum safety: use the lowest possible heat setting, apply a lot of steam, and add a pressing cloth in between to prevent direct contact.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I CHANGE THE AURORA?

Generally, we recommend changing the bed sheet once every 1-2 weeks. Regularly washing the Aurora will ensure your sleeping environment remains clean and skin friendly.
